Since graduating from the University of Edinburgh in 1998, I have worked in mixed practice, a dedicated Emergency & Critical Care service and for a national veterinary charity. Along the way I have treated everything from axolotls and monkeys to seals and wallabies, as well as – of course- dogs, cats and rabbits.
While I have a particular enthusiasm for, and expertise in, orthopaedic surgery and emergency & critical care, as these are some of the most challenging and rewarding cases, my main passion is for delivering the best and most cost effective care possible for your pet.
Outside of work, I love running, cycling, photography, reading and cryptic crosswords as well as generally being silly with my wife, kids and dog, Monty. I also wish I had more time for gardening.
