Important information on how we’re keeping our staff and clients safe whilst still caring for your pets

We are currently restricting client access to our practices

On arrival call us to let us know you’ve arrived.
Please note, we are currently not allowing clients in our practices.

Await further instructions from the Vet or Nurse who will either come out to your car to speak with you, or phone you on your mobile, weather depending.

For the safety of you and our team, Face masks must be worn at all times.

Please maintain one metre physical distancing.

From Monday 31st January, we shall be welcoming clients back into our practices

From Monday 31st January:

On arrival call us to let us know you’ve arrived.
Please note, we are currently not allowing clients to wait in our waiting rooms.

Await further instructions from the Vet or Nurse who will instruct you to come into the practice and into the consulting room.

For the safety of you and our team, Face masks must be worn at all times when inside our practices. If you are unable to wear a mask or are medically exempt, we will ask you to wait in the car park and we will carry out the consultation with only your pet in the practice.

One client per appointment is allowed into the consulting room.

Sanitise your hands when entering and leaving the practice using our sanitising stations.

Paying for consultations, treatment and medication

  • After any consultation, treatment or collecting medication or food, we will either phone you or send you an SMS or email link to pay online. Our receptionists can also bring our card machines to you at the entrance.

  • If you wish to claim back the cost of treatment on your pet insurance:

    • Paper forms can be handed into, or posted into our practices.

    • For eClaims, you can complete the online claim form here.

Prescription Medication (inc. Flea, Tick & Worming treatments)

To free up our phone lines for emergency calls, please following these instructions for ordering repeat medication:

  • Order online by clicking here

  • Phone us on 01382 549600 and select option 1 and follow the instructions.

  • Your message should have the following information:

    • Your name

    • Your pets name

    • Your mobile number

    • The medication you need

Collection

Please allow 48 hours before coming to collect.
