Phone and Video Consultations
To comply with non-essential travelling; we are recommending a phone or video consultation for non-emergency and non-urgent consultations. These are charge at the normal price for professional veterinary advice.
If the vet believes that a physical examination is required as part of that consultation, they will book you in for the same day and you will not need to pay an additional consultation fee.
If the vet requires to see your pet again on another day for a re-examination, or a follow-up phone consultation, that will be charged as a follow-up consultation.
If you are able to provide us with a photograph of the area which is of concern, you can upload this here: wallacevets.com/upload
