At present, clients are not allowed into our practices and the entrance will be locked when you arrive

Our team will give you instructions over the phone as to how to safely bring your pet into the practice whilst keeping a safe distance from our team

The medication you need
If you have opted to collect your prescription, please allow 48 hours. We will send you text message when it’s ready
If you wish for your prescription to be posted out, please be aware that the postal service may take 3-4 working days to do this.
There is a £2 charge for postage.
Controlled drugs have to be sent recorded and there is a £4 charge for this
Paying for consultations, treatment and medication
After any consultation, treatment or dispensing of medication, our team will call you to take payment over the phone.
We are no longer accepting payments by cash
Insurance forms are be handed into, or posted into our practices.
