Assisting with Insurance Claims
Since 2004 we have always been happy to assist our clients in submitting insurance claims, free of any administration charges.
We’ve always known that a lot of other veterinary practices charge an administration fee for submitting insurance claims due to the volume of administrative work involved, and to date we have tried to avoid this.
The volume of insurance claims has become so great that we now have a full-time administrator whose sole job is to compile, complete and submit these on your behalf, with improved communication and a faster turnaround, assisting our clients in being reimbursed by their insurance provider as quickly as possible. With this we are now introducing an administration fee to support this continued service.
From March 1st 2022, the following administration charges will be applied to our clients’ account when we compile, complete and submit an insurance claim on their behalf:
£10 per claim, up to a maximum of £30 for any number of claims within a 12 month period. This charge is per client and not per pet.

Claiming on your Pet Insurance policy
For those with Pet Insurance, you will be asked to pay for any consultations, surgery, medication or services at the time of appointment.
Please bring with you an insurance claim form, so we can assist in claiming your costs back from your insurance provider.
