How do I pay?
To sign up, you need to be registered at one of our practices.
We’ll ask you to complete a registration form and you’ll start saving money straight away.
A £5 registration fee is payable at time of signing up.
We’re looking to add the facility to join online in the near future.
A £5 joining fee is payable at the time of signing up in practice.
When can I start using the benefits?
The scheme is then payable by Direct Debit instalments at the prices noted in our leaflets.
The first payment will be debited from your account around 14 days after signing up. All payments thereafter will be debited on your chosen date; 1st or 14th of the month.
Payments will be managed by ‘Animal Healthcare’ on behalf of Wallace Vets Ltd. You will be required to complete and sign the registration form, including the Direct Debit mandate form.
Straight away. The best time to join is when you’re bringing your Puppy or Kitten in for their 2nd vaccination, as this is included in our plan.
Will I be reminded when to use my benefits?
Yes. Our system knows when we last dispensed vaccinations, flea/tick and worming treatments and will automatically send you a text message when you’re pet is next due.
How are the prices calculated?
Please ensure we have your correct mobile number and email address.
For our Dog plans, the prices are based on the average weight of fully grown adult of the same breed.
Are there any restrictions on my discounts?
Discounts are available to clients for the stated procedures undertaken exclusively at our practices, and at no other clinics. Private cremations, out-of-hours consultations & referrals are not eligible for discount.
Does the plan cover my pet for insurance?
Our Premium Pet Care Plan covers preventative treatment only, so it won’t cover your pet for insurance.
Who do I contact if I have a query about my pet's plan?

Our Premium Pet Care Plan is not an insurance policy therefore your pet will not be covered in the unfortunate event of an accident or illness.
How do I cancel the plan and will I be charged a cancellation fee?
You will, however, receive 10% off any consultations and surgery.
If you cancel at any time other than on the anniversary date, you will be required to pay us the outstanding amount for any treatment received at the full list price. You must give at least one month’s advance notice of your wish to terminate your Premium Pet Care Plan.
Can I view the full terms and conditions?
We will then advise you of your last direct debit payment.
